Furniture Shopping Day

To prepare our new home, hubby and I have a lot of furniture shopping recently.  And today we came to the Horizon Plaza in Ap Lei Chau.  First we shop at our favourite Natuzzi.  Oh my god, everything is so nice.  Sofas, dining tables, stools, all are so good.  Can you see the white sofa at the back of my selfie?  That is one of the item on my wish list now.

Interesting shop decor

Online to Offline, or vice verse?

After the amazing Natuzzi, we walked around many shops.  And then we visited the 8th floor for a shop called Organic Modernism.  This shop has some interesting decor and they have a lot of cute design chairs.  I like the way how they present their chairs.  They hang them all on the wall.  When I took two to three pictures and would like to share on my Instagram stories for more people appreciation.  I was stopped for taking pictures.  If they said “no pictures”, I would immediately stopped and sorry for that.  But the way they stopped me is rather confusing and strange.  They said “Don’t take too many pictures, just take one.  What are you looking for?  You can go to our website to see our design … …”  The shop sales attitude is simply means “get out”.

The sales person attitude for sure made my hubby furious. But their logic of asking me to check their design online made me have a little thought on it.  Nowadays, all businesses are connecting customers by bridging O to O, from online to offline.  Attracting online and then drive the traffic offline to close the deal or develop more engagement.  However, we are already in the shop to discover their design and to touch and feel the quality of the product, it doesn’t make sense at all to ask us to check their website instead.  Are their product not good enough for customers to see for real?

Outfit of the day: Debut my new Self-Portrait x Robert Clergerie shoes

Debuting my first pair of Self-Portrait shoes today.  I am a fan of Self-Portrait lace dress and when I knew that Self-Portrait would have a cross over with Robert Clergerie to launch their shoes.  I know I need to have them.  I’m glad that I was not disappointed, they are the perfect pair with dresses in a casual way.  Patent leather front and suede leather back to make them versatile for different styles.  Heels are in comfortable walking height.  And the ankle straps add the feminine touch.  A wearing tips is not to tie the ribbon too tight.  Keep it loose to give a effortless vibe while you will feel more comfortable too.  I tied them a bit too tight in these pictures.  I will do a looser version next time.
