Happy Le French GourMay!

Today is the last working day in April and I am very looking forward to May. Voila! Birthday month is coming. To welcome my favourite French May, I celebrated this happy friday with the new L’Eclair de Genie No.275 Eclair Champagne (HK$48, available during 1 – 31 May, 2017). This special eclair actually was created to celebrate Le French GourMay 2017. Using Veuve Clicquot RICH as the main ingredient, together with Veuve Clicquot signature yellow colour and topped with citrus fruit, its refreshing and amazing. Absolutely the taste of celebration. The perfect match for this eclair of course would be the Veuve Clicquot RICH champagne. Cheers!!
